Mederi Caretenders is a Medicare-Certified, JACHO accredited home health agency specializing in a number of services. We work in conjunction with your physician to develop a plan of treatment that covers: Recover, Rehabilitation, Disease Management, and or a Coordination of Complex Medical Issues. We emplyoee a great clinical team that includes Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapist, Occupation Therapist, Speech Therapist, Medical Social Workers and Home Health Aides. We look beyond the obvious to help those in need relize their fullest potiential.
